Aptly named, this magnificent waterfront abode experienced a radical rebirth thanks to the dynamic design and construction partnership between Bungalow Interiors and Romark Design Constructions. The sheer scale of the project required precision planning and a collaborative approach from all stakeholders; a visionary client and trade professionals with decades of combined industry expertise.
While this sleek, modern aesthetic was somewhat of a departure from Bungalow Interior's signature 'Elevated Coastal' style, it achieved industry recognition for construction and design excellence. The completed project represents a very clear reflection of our commitment to honouring a client's personal taste and achieving a balance between considered design, functionality and imagination. The cobination of carefully selected design elements highlight the unique characteristics of each while also emphasising their differences; light and dark, smooth and textured, warm and cool, metallic and organic. It is a delightful exploration of the dynamic interplay that can be deliberately manipulated from differing forms and textures to create a cohesive theme.
