Sanctuary Cove Renovation to Sell
Bungalow Interiors has had the pleasure of collaborating with this client for over a decade. A seasoned renovator with a refined eye, her projects are recognised for their clarity, attention to detail, and consistent record-setting results. This single-level, four-bedroom home in Sanctuary Cove, overlooking the golf course, was sold fully furnished and achieved a record price per square metre.
A considered palette of timber, metal, and stone is gently balanced with green-toned wallpaper, bringing a sense of softness and cohesion to the space. The aesthetic feels elevated yet understated, inspired by the ease of a contemporary resort. Warm, muted tones layered with olive, bronze, and rust create a calm, grounded atmosphere.
Designed for open-plan living and effortless entertaining, the home moves with a natural sense of flow. Kristin was involved throughout every stage of the renovation, from early planning through to the selection of finishes, lighting, curtains, wallpaper, and furniture. Wrapped wallpaper was used to subtly define and connect spaces, with an olive-toned application linking the kitchen and dining areas with quiet impact. Custom cushions and an olive Surya Lottie rug introduce soft, considered layers.
Wicker furnishings, both indoors and out, complete the vision, reinforcing the relaxed, resort-inspired mood. The result is a home that feels composed, timeless, and quietly elegant.
