All Bungalow Interior sales
including, but not limited to, On-Line sales are subject to the following conditions.

1               Product Selection

Clients are to ensure that the
products described in the Quotation provided by Bungalow Interiors is accurate
and complete. Upon acceptance of the Quotation an Invoice will be raised.  Quotations and Invoices are valid for 30
days.

2               Product Description

While the product descriptions
relating to the various aspects of the contract are the best available at the
time of issuing the Invoice, product descriptions, images and specifications
are provided for illustrative purposes only. Variations in colour, texture and
finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of an item.

3               Pricing

All Invoiced prices listed are in
Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated. An Invoice
is valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed by Bungalow Interiors.
Non-Invoiced prices are subject to change without notice.

4               Payment

Full payment is required at the
issuing of the Invoice. For Invoices combining stock and non-stocked items,
stock items must be paid for even if they are being held pending the arrival of
non-stocked items.

Non-stocked items require a one
hundred percent (100%) deposit to secure an order.

5               Shipping

Shipping costs are based on
delivery location, item size and weight of goods. Bungalow Interiors is not
liable for any shipping delays once the item(s) have been despatched.

6               Warranty

Products are warranted against
manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This
warranty does not cover:

 
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence or
improper maintenance

Exposure to water, direct sunlight, salt air or
chemicals

Normal wear and tear

7               Returns and Exchanges

 Bungalow Interiors does not refund for a
“change of mind”. However, a store credit is provided for returned items if the
return is made within seven (7) days of receipt provided the items are :

 
Unused and in original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Store Credits are valid for 12
months from the return date.

Custom orders, sale items and
items marked as non-refundable are not eligible for return

8               Limitation of Liability

Bungalow Interiors is not liable
for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from
the use of our products.

9               Intellectual Property

All content provided to a
customer either directly, or online via images, text, logos, displays and
specifications remains the property of Bungalow Interiors.

10            Privacy Policy

Bungalow Interiors is committed
to protecting personal data. Personal information collected is used solely for
order processing and communication. Additional Privacy Policy information is
detailed on the Bungalow Interiors web site.

11            Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bungalow Interiors reserves the
right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted
on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
