Palm Beach Beachside Apartment

Interior Makeover

Set within the beachfront enclave of Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach, this apartment was thoughtfully reimagined as a calm and inviting holiday retreat for a family with energetic teenagers. The entire project was seamlessly planned, specified, and installed remotely via Zoom, in close collaboration with our interstate client.

Referred by a long-standing real estate partner, the brief centred on transforming a dated interior and balcony into a more considered expression of relaxed, coastal living. The approach was understated and refined, in keeping with the Bungalow Interiors aesthetic.

Each selection was made with the beachfront setting in mind. Durable, contemporary pieces with soft, stone-like finishes were paired with oversized cushions, breathable natural fibres, and generous rugs to create a sense of comfort and ease. Furniture was carefully scaled across the balcony, living, dining, and master bedroom to ensure a natural flow throughout the space. A gentle palette of sea mist, ivory, warm tan, and blonde timber brings a quiet, coastal softness.

To complete the transformation, the three-bedroom apartment was enveloped in textured, washable vinyl wallpaper, offering both practicality and a subtle connection to the surrounding tropical landscape.

The result is a serene and effortless coastal retreat, designed for relaxed holiday living.
