Creating a sophisticated gentleman's retreat in a luxury waterfront townhouse
This project was completed for a long-standing client with a distinct and confident aesthetic—masculine, tribal, moody, and anchored by his enduring love of olive green. Our objective was to craft an interior that resonated with him instantly, delivering a full interior styling service encompassing furniture, décor, and wallpaper for his newly purchased four-storey waterfront townhouse.
Originally cavernous and lacking warmth, character, and intimacy, the space required a thoughtful layering of rich textures and organic materials to cultivate a more inviting atmosphere. Olive green forms the foundation of the palette, complemented by earthy, natural tones that evoke a sense of grounded strength and quiet sophistication.
The final design strikes a harmonious balance between masculinity and refinement, enriched with elements that draw inspiration from culture, nature, and contemporary design sensibilities.
