A regular client (and dear friend) requested that we add the Bungalow touch to her new Tasmanian beach retreat.

This project outcome is quintessentially the Bungalow Interiors signature brand style, encompassing coastal relaxed, barefoot luxury, layered tactile materials, organic, global, raw, elevated, polished and artisan pieces. Our client wanted interior design and styling support to transform a somewhat bland and 'greige' house into a warm and inviting beachfront sanctuary.

Blending global design influences, tribal aesthetics, and organic materials (Eastern African mud-cloth and linens), with curated furniture sourced from Europe and coupled with customised pieces to add a richly unique space. The overall feel of this home embraces the rugged Tasmania coastline while providing tranquility and peace.

We shipped a whole container from the Gold Coast to Tasmanian.  This included a complete new home fit-out, including artisan wallpaper (Arte), furniture - coffee tables, pendants, dining table and chairs, beds, bedside tables, sofas, mirrors (Uniqwa Collections), Rugs (Baya), vases and ornaments (The Foundry), curtains, custom covered ottomans and cushions (Zinc fabric).  Our preferred tradesmen also travelled with us on the installation day to hang art, mirrors, curtains and wallpaper.  It was an interior styling project planned with precision from start to completion.  The final result is a truly breathtaking celebration of a stunning landscape.
