A fabulous interior design and styling project completed by Kristin Gilford and the Bungalow Interiors team for a Kingscliff new-build in 2019. This home reflects the timeless elegance of contemporary Mediterranean-inspired architecture with the effortless coastal design elements that are still very much a part of the modern Gold Coast architectural and design landscape.
Bridging the space between elevated design and everyday living, this beachside family residence embodies the essence of coastal luxury, perfectly aligned with the relaxed charm of the Kingscliff lifestyle.
Sun-drenched interiors with soaring ceilings and organic, textured finishes, enveloped in a crisp white façade, invite the surrounding seaside landscape indoors. A fresh, youthful energy pervades the spaces, subtly underpinned by refined, understated glamour woven throughout the carefully curated styling.
This project was deeply personal for the original owners, who wished to create an immediate sense of connection and belonging for every family member, without compromising on functionality or flow. Our collaborative design approach ensured each element was considered, purposeful, and beautifully integrated into the rhythms of daily life.
Though one of our earlier interior design projects, its thoughtful transformation and timeless styling continue to deliver enduring practicality and sophistication. Filled with warmth, vitality, and an abundance of natural light, this home will envelop its residents in a serene coastal ambiance for many years to come and we could not be more delighted.
