This extensive renovation and interior design project transformed a sprawling waterside family home in Hollywell from a dark, outdated labyrinth into a refined modern residence imbued with elevated luxury.

Kristin Gilford, Senior Interior Designer and founder of Bungalow Interiors, navigated a multitude of challenges throughout this comprehensive refurbishment. With exceptional vision, she reimagined and reconfigured expansive, disconnected spaces into a series of cohesive and purpose-driven interiors that honour the breathtaking coastal vistas of the Gold Coast.

Drawing on her stellar design expertise, Gilford created a truly remarkable statement home. Previously imposing double-height voids, gallery walkways, and oversized picture windows were softened and harmonised. Through a relaxed coastal-contemporary palette, these sweeping volumes now feel warm, inviting, and beautifully connected.

Ultimately, the home has undergone a deserving realignment, one that both reflects and embraces its undeniably magnificent setting.
