The Phoenix - a reimagined residence located on Sovereign Islands, Gold Coast was a design & construction collaboration between Bungalow Interiors & Romark Design Constructions and winner of the 'Master Builders Queensland 2024 Home Renovation Project over $2 million'.
Our mutual client is a global traveler with a discerning interior design palette and passion for personal health and well-being. His brief was to create a truly luxurious lifestyle residence encompassing a sophisticated retreat and recovery spa, reminiscent of an international 5-star resort. He wanted to be completely transported to an exotic location every time he stepped across the threshold of The Phoenix, and to then be enveloped in a calm, welcoming ambience throughout the residence.
