Our mutual client is a global traveller with a discerning interior design palette and passion for personal health and well-being. His brief was to create a truly luxurious lifestyle residence encompassing a sophisticated retreat and recovery spa, reminiscent of an international 5-star resort. He wanted to be completely transported to an exotic location every time he stepped across the threshold of The Phoenix, and to then be enveloped in a calm, welcoming ambience throughout the residence.
Kristin carefully curated a selection of colors and tones with complementary textures that created a sophisticated and harmonious aesthetic. Every inch of the original property was stripped back and re-imagined into a new model of elevated elegance. Kristin's role was integral with her end-to-end project management of all interior finishings from fittings, fixtures, flooring, wallpaper, curtains, lighting, decor, artwork and wallpaper.
Romark Design Constructions has worked with Kristin Gilford for over five years on several high-end renovations and new-build, residential and commercial projects. Romark are boutique builders specialising in bespoke luxury homes. Testimony to our success are the number of state and national building awards we have won, including projects completed with Bungalow Interiors. We love working with Kris. She has an amazing depth of knowledge, eye for detail and an elevated sense of style. She is an active listener, and a great communicator between the client and building trades.
